Who we are
International Trainer and Doctors (ITD), operated by Kalishankar Solutions Private Limited, is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent, verified fitness coaches, nutrition experts and doctors for live one-on-one video sessions. We also run the ITD Shop, which sells nutrition, supplements and wellness gear recommended by our coaches.
What we offer

How it works
- Create a free account on the website or in the ITD app.
- Choose a coach or doctor, see their price, and pick an available time.
- Pay securely by card, UPI, net banking or your ITD wallet. The amount is held in escrow.
- Join the live video session at the booked time.
- After the session, the coach is paid from escrow. If the session does not happen because of the coach, you get a full refund.
Our commitment
Coaches and doctors on ITD are independent professionals. Sessions offer general fitness, wellness and educational guidance and are not emergency medical care. We keep your contact details private, never sell your data, and handle every payment through regulated payment providers.
