This policy explains how Kalishankar Solutions Private Limited, WZ-409-C, Basement Floor, Janak Park, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-110064 collects and uses personal data when you use the ITD website, apps and ITD Shop as a customer, coach or doctor.

We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or OTPs: these go directly to our payment providers. Video sessions are not recorded unless both participants agree.
2. Why we may use your data
To provide the service you asked for, to meet legal duties (for example tax and KYC), to keep the platform safe, and with your consent where required (for example optional notifications). Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we process personal data with your consent and for the legitimate uses the Act allows.
3. Who we share data with
- Your coach, doctor or customer: only what the session needs (first name, session details, notes you choose to share). Phone numbers and emails are not shared between customers and coaches.
- Payment providers (Cashfree Payments, Stripe): to take payments and issue refunds.
- Courier partners: your delivery name, phone and address for ITD Shop orders.
- Video, messaging and hosting providers (for example VideoSDK, Firebase, SMS and email services) that run the service for us under contract.
- Authorities, where the law requires.
We never sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
4. International transfers
Coaches and customers are in different countries, so data may be processed outside your country (for example in India, the UK, the EU or the USA), with safeguards suitable for each transfer.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data: while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised after you delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep it.
- Booking, order, payment and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting laws require (in India, generally 8 years).
- KYC documents: while the coach account is active, and afterwards as the law requires.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access is limited to authorised staff, and identity documents are stored privately. If a personal-data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
7. Your rights and choices
You can see and correct your profile in the app, and delete your account from the app's settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. 8. Children
ITD is for adults. A parent or guardian may book and supervise sessions for a child and is responsible for the child's data.
9. Cookies
The website uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.
