1. Online sessions (services)
Coaching and doctor sessions are delivered online only, as live video calls inside the ITD app or website. Nothing is shipped. Your confirmation, reminders and the link to join are shown under My Appointments and sent by notification. Workout and diet plans that your coach shares are delivered in the app.
2. ITD Shop orders (physical products)

| Dispatch | Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. |
| Delivery in India | Usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. |
| International delivery | Where available, usually 10 to 21 business days after dispatch. Customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are paid by the buyer. |
| Shipping charges | Shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-shipping amount shown at checkout ship free. |
| Tracking | When your order ships, we add the courier name and tracking number to the order under My Orders. |
3. Delivery address
Please check your name, phone number, address and PIN / postal code at checkout. We cannot change the address after the order ships. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we contact you; the order may be refunded minus the shipping cost.
4. Delays and damaged parcels
- Delivery times are estimates. Weather, holidays, courier problems or customs can cause delays; we keep you updated.
- If a parcel arrives damaged or opened, please take photos and contact us within 7 days. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- If your order has not arrived 7 days after the latest estimated date, write to us and we will trace it, re-send it or refund it.
