These Terms are an agreement between you and Kalishankar Solutions Private Limited, WZ-409-C, Basement Floor, Janak Park, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-110064. They apply when you use the ITD website, the ITD and ITD Coach apps, live sessions or the ITD Shop. By creating an account, booking a session or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. What ITD is
ITD is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent fitness coaches, nutrition experts and doctors ("Providers") for live one-on-one video sessions. Providers are independent professionals, not ITD employees, and they are responsible for the advice they give. ITD also sells wellness products directly through the ITD Shop.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. A parent or guardian may book and supervise sessions for a minor and is responsible for them.
- Give accurate details and keep your account and one-time codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account from the app's settings. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Sessions
- All sessions are online. A booking is a request until it is confirmed; the steps are explained on the Payments & Escrow page.
- Join on time from a device with a working camera, microphone and internet connection. Sessions are not recorded unless both participants agree.
- Cancellations, missed sessions and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Health and medical disclaimer
- Fitness and nutrition sessions give general wellness and educational guidance. They do not diagnose or treat any condition and do not replace care from your doctor.
- Exercise and diet changes carry a risk of injury or illness. Speak to your physician before starting a programme, and tell your coach about any health condition. You take part at your own risk.
- Doctors on ITD must have their medical registration verified before they are listed. A doctor's advice is that doctor's own professional responsibility and is limited by what is possible over a video call.
- ITD does not sell prescription drugs.
5. Prices and payment
- Providers set their own session fees in US dollars or Indian rupees. You see and pay every price in Indian rupees, converted at the current rate and locked when you book. Taxes and charges listed on our Pricing page are added to the fee, and the amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. ITD keeps a platform commission from the Provider's earnings; it is not added to your price.
- Payments are processed by regulated payment partners: Cashfree Payments in India and Stripe for international cards, where available. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to them; ITD does not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP.
- Session fees are held by ITD until the session is completed, then paid to the Provider less commission. ITD uses the word "escrow" for this payment protection. It is ITD's own holding process, not a bank escrow account or a deposit, and it earns no interest.
- You must not pay a Provider outside ITD, and Providers must not ask you to. Such payments are not protected and cannot be refunded by ITD.
6. ITD wallet
You may add money to your ITD wallet and use it only for sessions and shop orders on ITD. The balance is shown in rupees and recorded in US dollars, so the rupee figure can move slightly with the exchange rate. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another person. Refunds of wallet payments return to the wallet. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for unused balance.
7. ITD Shop
- Prices include applicable taxes; shipping, if any, is shown before you pay. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or was priced by obvious error.
- Supplements are food products, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label and consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition.
- Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or share sexual, abusive or unlawful content in sessions, chats or reels;
- share contact details to move a booking off ITD, or misuse payments, refunds or promotions;
- give false information, impersonate anyone or submit false qualifications;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, or record a session without the other person's consent.
We may review reports, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Where the law allows, we may hold a disputed payment while we review it.
9. Content and intellectual property
The ITD name, logo, software and site content belong to ITD or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you post, and you let ITD host and show it to run and promote the service. Only post content you have the right to share.
10. Liability
We work to keep ITD available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, ITD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a Provider's advice or conduct, or for events beyond our reasonable control. For a claim about a booking or order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We post changes on this page and tell you in the app about important ones. Using ITD after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts at New Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
